In early 2012, CEO Jose Mas went undercover for the CBS hit show ‘Undercover Boss.’ The episode originally aired on Friday, May 11, 2012, and was the first to feature a company that was created by a Cuban-American activist, the late Jorge Mas Canosa. In 2007 his son, Jose Mas, ascended to the top position within the company, which has grown to more than a billion in revenue and maintains 12,000 employees and 250 offices nationwide.
