Posted on by Jose Mas

Jose Mas, president and CEO of MasTec, Inc., recently delivered a keynote address while at the Minority Media Telecommunication Council’s Access to Capital Conference in Washington, D.C., on July 18, 2012. Mas called on the FCC to “view spectrum infrastructure development as an opportunity to increase diverse participation in the industry.  The Commission should implement a preference for overcoming disadvantages, encourage secondary market transactions and partnership opportunities, and analyze auctions to find areas to increase diversity.”
